Robert Arnold: Black & White Images

Robert Arnold has been photographing people for over 60 years. The portraits taken in his studio or on the streets capture the essence of his subjects in a graphic style that allows the viewer to experience the connection between the photographer and the subject. His attention to detail and the presence of light are evident in each of his photographs. Photography is, and has been, a part of his life, either on assignment or in his work. He is a master of black-and-white images, no matter how he captures the moment. Traditionally trained in film, print, and graph design, he now embraces the digital medium.
