All photographic art and book sales are final unless the item is somehow damaged through shipping. In this case, a photo of the damaged item and an email need to be sent to the Executive Director. Upon review of the email and photograph, the Executive Director will reach out regarding a refund or discuss other options, such as replacing the damaged print.
